Bancroft Talent Club

Launching in 2024.   The Bancroft Talent Club is a privileged resource, reserved for individuals who have completed the Bancroft Personal Development Programme.   Bancroft promote the exclusive platform to organisations of all descriptions, ensuring that Members are presented to the widest recruitment audience possible.

Delegates will be invited to join the complimentary Talent Club immediately following completion of their development.   A personal profile will be created comprising a Personal Introduction, Curriculum Vitae and Short Audio Visual clip (optional).

Bancroft Clients, Independent Organisations and Recruitment Specialists are permitted unlimited access to the database, allowing them to search for recruits 365 days a year, ensuring that Bancroft Developed Young People are constantly paraded.
